appointment for a free appraisal of your recreational
vehicle so that your Motor Home, Travel Trailer, or Fifth
Wheel can be listed for sale.
You will want to get your used RV listed for sale during the week
because we often get swamped with buyers on Saturday. By
doing this your vehicle will be available for viewing on the busiest
buying day of the week! The RV appraisal and listing will take
about an hour. Please bring the following paperwork with you:
* Original title (or copy of title if you have a lien holder)
* Lien holder information (name, account number, phone number & payoff)
* Proof of RV Insurance
* Driver's License (Need copy for file)
In addition, you should:
* Empty all holding tanks and water tanks on your RV.
* Remove all dishes, cleaning supplies, and personal items from the RV.
* Have your motor home fuel tank full (minimum of 60 gallons). This will allow us to start the engine and generator on a regular basis to help keep it in good condition.
Consignment Rates
We require a monthly fee of $232.00 (your RV is continually hooked up to power to help maintain the electrical appliances along with advertising your unit on the internet) plus a 5% commission on the sale price of your unit when we sell your RV.
Detailing Service
A clean, bright vehicle will sell quicker and command a better price. Spending a little now can put additional money in your pocket. Be sure to ask about detailing services when you bring your RV to be sold.
Location
Our Sales Lot is located in the Great Outdoors Premier Golf and RV Resort in Titusville, Florida. This location provides your RV with a large number of potential buyers from Rallies, RV Guest Rentals, Owners of property in the Resort and our Service Department.
